Roof horizontal lifeline systems provide lifeline to a user to move constantly along an elevated horizontal track. it includes of stainless-steel wire rope of 8mm diameter running full track and it is installing at the end using with end anchor post. The intermediate bracket holds the wire in between length of wire and are installed with intermediate anchor post at every 15mtrs max. If the track has been curve there was installing corner bracket with corner anchor post. The wire rope maintain tension with tensioner at the one end with swag less terminator. The line’s other end has an energy absorber which reduces the impact of fall both on the user as well as on the anchor post.All the anchor post installed with aluminum water proof trifold rivets/Stainless steel tapping screw on roof.The stainless-steel runner/glider connects the user and line with lanyard and move easily one end to another end without any break on through track.

This type lifeline system is use for hands freework on roofs like on Tin shed, on Structures,on cemented roof and fragile roof. This systemhelp for working on roof with fall protection.In This system we use Anchors, intermediatebrackets, corner brackets, energy absorber,tensioner. For wire rope holding we useswag-less cable extremity which as per EN 795compliance.

This type lifeline system is use for hands free work on ladder like on Handled ladder, platform ladder and many more.This system help for working on ladder with fall protection.In this system we use Mounting Bracket, intermediate brackets, energy absorber, tensioner for wire rope holding.We use swag-less cable extremity which as per EN 353compliance.Material – In this systems all material is SS316 is called marine grade also except fasteners. Wire rope material is SS316 diameter 8,10 and 12mm and Construction 7*1 which's breaking strength is >42kn.
